New Move of the Week!

New Move ... Elbow catches

This move extends a follower inside spin, here shown from the Spikeout leader turn. Keep more distance from the follower as you both spin, and then catch her by her upper arm instead of catching her in closed on the hold. Send her into a spin the opposite direction for step step step and catch her by the other upper arm for the next hold. Spin her the opposite direction again for step step step, letting your arm trail from her elbow right to her back as she turns. This lets her know that she is going to return to closed position. Catch her in closed as you hold forward.

The follower will know to keep her right arm at waist level instead of raising it when the leader is far away from her after her spin. She only needs to raise her arm to get it out of the way if she knows the leader wants to go into closed position.
