New Move ... Texas Tommy extra free spin
Most lindy hoppers know the Texas Tommy, in which the leader passes the follower's hand from his left to his right hand behind her back near the 4 of a normal whip or swingout. This is a great variation for followers who like to spin.
On 4, leaders should switch the follower's hand as usual to his right hand, but instead of taking her hand or wrist, try to take her by the upper part of her lower right arm. As the follower unwinds as normal, give her an extra spin by sending her right arm across her body as she finishes her first turn. Let go to give her a free spin and then catch her as usual with your left hand holding her right. This may be a fast spin for some followers, so be aware she may need you to steady her as you catch her from that last spin.
