1. Your name and mailing address and preferred email address
2. If you want to order online (PAYPAL) or by mail (we'll tell you where to mail your check).

If you're ordering online, we will send you an email invoice from PayPal. There will be a hyperlink there... click on that link and you’ll be given instructions for creating an account with PayPal (this is ALL secure!!) so you can pay us by credit card or direct bank transfer. They will pay you $5 to register a credit card (yes, they actually will!), and rest assured that you CAN remove this card information after the transaction with us if you want (although many merchants do take PayPal payments online).
If you're ordering by mail, we'll send you instructions on where to mail the payment.
When we receive your payment, we’ll send you the CD-ROM!
